No you do not. All the participants are expected to attend in order to make closer friendships to each other

Sharing the twin room, 8,800JPY for a night/person.
1,430JPY for breakfast, 1,650JPY for lunch, 2,970JPY for dinner, 7,150JPY for Welcome Reception and the Main Banquet.
Please make reservation for all meals you need.

| Q4. What are the check in and check out time? |

You can check in any time after 3pm up to 11pm.
The main entrance and the hotel reception close at 11pm. So if you arrive later than 11pm, please use the night entrance. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of the departure.

We will send you a link of payment about a week before the meeting. Please proceed with your payment online.
The receipt is not generated automatically online. You will receive it upon your arrival at the venue.

| Q11. What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Cancellation fee will be imposed on you from 3 days prior to your check in date.
It is 70% on 3 days before and 100% on a day before.

Please ask us for the availbility of the night you would like to stay in advance.
The online registration form does not allow you to make booking for an extra day.

No. The only restaurant in the venue requires 3 days prior reservation.
